Rent a studio

Performing artists of dance, theatre, opera and circus can rent rehearsal studios at Dansverkstæðið. The rooms are also available for workshops, meetings and other events.

The studios are in the second floor of Dansverkstæðið, together with dressing rooms with showers and a seating area. On the first floor we have our offices, kitchen and sofa groups.

Studio 1

Studio 1 is a white room of 145 m2, with windows on two sides giving plenty of daylight. One side has mirrors with grey curtains.

Other facilities

Dansverkstæðið has a simple kitchen on the first floor, with a big dining table. Sofas and chairs can seat 20 people.

On the first floor you will also find office and meeting rooms for short term rent.

Car parking in front and back of the house.

Bus #15 stops right in front of the house and bus #11 close by.
